Earles Architects and Associates (EAA) has completed the design on a 25,000-square-foot, two-story office space for Beermann Pritikin Mirabelli Swerdlove LLP, a Chicago family law firm. The new space spans the entire 31st floor and a portion of the 30th floor at 161 N. Clark Street in Chicago.

Construction is completed on a two-floor office space at 33 N. LaSalle Street in Chicago, IL, designed by Earles Architects and Associates (EAA) for technology firm Goby. EAA also created the interior space plan for the new office, which allows the Chicago-based tenant to double its size inside the 1928, art deco building in Chicago’s financial district.
