Starbucks Midwest Headquarters

564 W. Randolph St, Chicago IL - 13,400 SQFT

EAA was the Chicago architectural liaison, working jointly with Architectural Werks, Inc. out of Seattle, to design the new Midwest regional headquarters for Starbucks. The space features an open, loft style design with exposed brick and concrete walls, an earth toned color palette and 12-foot ceilings. Among the unique design elements is a reception area accented with paneling made from reclaimed wood. The floor plan was designed to group private offices in the interior, leaving the perimeter for collaborative design spaces and employee workstations.
