Construction is complete and furniture is being installed in this destination marketing organization’s Midwest location. The build-out implements the use of cool tones and dark polished concrete floors to accentuate the structure of the building. The controlled organization of ceiling clouds throughout the open office and conference room affords an exposed and raw quality common to current trends in office interiors. This exposure of the structure is enhanced through the generous use of glazing throughout. The space features a new conference room with a custom designed media console, private and open offices, and a new reception area with custom media wall. The media wall houses a custom lit Las Vegas sign – creating a sense of nostalgia and excitement.
